My friends and I were searching for a nice Korean Barbecue restaurant for our dinner as we would like to catch up since we have not seen each other for some time. We came across this place through the web and decided to try it. Blue Garden is located in Link Hotel, 10 mins walk away from Tiong Bahru Mrt station.
This korean BBQ buffet offers free-flow of Korean dishes like Ginseng Chicken Soup, Kimchi seafood Pancakes, Korean Spicy Rice Cakes (Ddeokbokki), and a variety of Kimchi (Raddish, Cabbage, Leak, Cucumber). They also offer free flow of Beef Belly, Pork Belly, three different types of Bulgogi (beef, chicken and pork), Pork Collar, & rib eye Beef. Apparently the Chicken Bulgogi seems very popular as the waiter kept refilling the tray.
After trying the Bulgogi meat, I couldn’t have enough of it! And I was also addicted to their lettuce, I kept refilling our plates with lots of lettuce to go along with the delicious meat~ We ate till our stomach could not fill anymore meat~
Oh! And there is free flow of ice cream too~ Yam, strawberry, Chocolate..
The price is quite reasonable too and the ambience was not bad to have friends gathering.
However, the place is not very well ventilated. Though they provided adequate fans and air conditioner, our clothes and hair still smelt of BBQ smoke and oil after we are done.
